How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → find Remora → tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of your paid period.
Are my photos uploaded to the cloud?
No. All scanning, cleaning, and compression happens entirely on your device. We never upload your photos or videos to any server.
I lost access to my Secret Space PIN. What can I do?
For security, we do not store PINs. If you forget your PIN, you can reset the vault through the App settings — but this will permanently delete all vault contents. Please contact support if you need guidance.
Will Smart Clean delete my best photos?
Remora's AI marks the sharpest photo in each group as "Best" and pre-selects duplicates for removal. You always review and confirm before anything is deleted — nothing is removed without your tap.
Can I get a refund?
